Dead in dreams and fear or lack thereof

I have been away for a long time and mostly lurked before, so to avoid bad manners, I’m Eoghan. Now, that tells you all a lot.

Anyway, I am of the opinion that SG’s are quite distinct from the dreamer. Of course, since Quantum Physics has defined everything as being connected, i suppose it is moot. However, it occurs to me that there should really be nothing threatening about a SG.

My own experience with them has been that even when the imagery has been weird, I have never been afraid. I find in fact, that I am rarely afraid in dreamscapes. Occassionally weirded out or a bit uncomfortable, even threatened by experiences, but never really scared. Even when meeting corpses or other weird beings.

In one dream I had, I entered what appeared like an old “Wild West” tavern. It was filled with brown unmoving figures, hundreds of them, all seated. I realized that they were all dead people and had some kind of spiritual connection to me. It was a weird image, but in a way quite comforting. I certainly felt nothing creepy about it.

On the other hand, I have learned it is not wise to get into a dream taxi driven by a dead person. They’re terrible drivers.

Any thoughts about any of this?
