Don’t you just hate having to wake up in delta sleep? I do! It’s like my alarm clock wants to wake me up in the middle of deep sleep so I’m all groggy and mean… (That’s why none of the other students at school never likes me…) It’s summer vacation right now, but any advice on how to wake in another stage other than deep sleep?
Try going to sleep about half an hour earlier so you’ll wake up during a REM period rather than SWS. If that doesn’t work, try going to bed about 45 minutes or so earlier. Hope that helps.
Because of my sleep patterns, this happens to me in the summer. I always wake up feeling ready and refreshed for school.
Ok… I will try that, however, I should also mention it takes me about 3-5 hours to fall asleep…
