Isn’t astral projection just a type of lucid dreaming. Aren’t both dreams where you can do anything?? Forgive my ignorance.
Lucid dreaming is something natural that can happen during sleep. Astral projection refers to something supernatural. From what I understand, astral projection sends the mind to some kind of alternate dimension.
Needless to say, lucid dreams can be proven in a scientific manner; astral projection cannot.
