Different twist on an old technique

hey, i haven’t been on much lately because of increase in work and a more complicated schedule so i just feel like saying that im not really going to be posting anything anymore, i may drop in a reply everyonce in a while when i have free time but as for after this post, cya

well i didnt really put much work into this technique i just kinda took a few of the ones i like, threw 'em together, and added a bit of my laziness. for me the technique has worked 98% of the time. its basicly a mix of wbtb and mild (i think its mild i havent been on in forever).
what you do is set your alarm for whenever in the morning when you would do a wbtb, wake up and turn the alarm off and just go back to bed right away (no 30 min wait) and while you are falling asleep start repeating “I know that I am dreaming” in your mind. if it works you will just all of a sudden be in a dream and be lucid, i personally always end up in a continuation of the last dream i had except im lucid now.

if this technique is already out there then im sorry but i havent been able to read around much lately.

awsome

Yes, it seems that WBTB will work differently for different people. For some, it will work better if they stay up longer, and for some, shorter periods of time will work.

Yeah I do this every now and then. Works reasonably well, but sometimes I just end up not being able to go back to sleep.

That’s exactly what I do when I’m trying to lucid dream, and it’s very effective from my view.

Same here.

After 30 mins, i have a lot of troubles with falling asleep again. At weekends, im waking up several times after 6, and everytimes i MILD , or WILD. Olny then i did a WILD, but MILDs have grater effectivity of it. Then i can use also chaining.

That’s what I always do do but sometimes I don’t hear the alarm go off!!
