Well ive been trying weild and i heard that when you feel vibrations in deep sleep, when a strong vibration occurs you literally, not imaginitive, but actually move your physical body which is replaced by the dream body? im sorda new but really need to know lol
no, you try to move your dream body, which you have to do by imagining yourself and then moving/rolling around, eventually you’ll feel your dream body doing that and you’ll be out of body,i think
Yes, you try to move your real body, which you have to do by log rolling to the side when you have a strong vibration. Don’t roll off your bed (push it up against the wall - just in case). It really is your dream body that’s moving, but you move it the way you move your normal body. Vibrations should feel something like sticking a fork in an outlet, very electrical-ish, and I usually hear a loud VRRRRRM kinda buzz sound too. And I roll when the vibrations are actually occurring (which is important for me because the vibrations only last a second or so - though I’ve had longer ones - anyway I find I have to be ready for 'em or I’ll miss 'em).
I usually feel the vibrations in meditation, not deep sleep. That’s the easiest way for me, but whatever works, right? It took about 10 years before someone finally told me…
Good Luck.
The idea is, that once the vibrations come, you will be in the right state to dream, and your body will be parylized and such, so when you tell yourself physical self to do a log roll, you actually induce a dream and a dream body and the action is instead carried out in your head in a dream…
By the way, there’s not OBE involved. That’s something different…
Trying to move with your body is kind of risky idea cuz you may just wake up.I just feel them and sort of push myself out by thinking of it.
good luck.
I agree. grasswar, if you think there is nothing “supernatural” in this, may I move this topic into the Quest for Lucidity forum? It may receive more answers.
