I’m at University, and I’m sure anyone who’s been or is there can emphasyse - it’s impossible to have a regular sleeping pattern when at University. Things arise, like assignments needing to be handed in, or parties need to be partied at.
Does sleeping at random times of the day affect your ability to lucid dream? I’m not talking completely random times, I mean going to sleep between 0:00 and 3:00, and waking up whenever I wake up (most of the time).
Anyway, might be rambling a bit now - but i’d love to hear what you think.
Of course it does. I’m only in 11th grade and I’m taking beginner psychology. People who are sleep deprived tend to fall into REM sleep much faster than others. Especially with 3 hours of sleep a night. It affects LDing yes, you could not be giving your body the chance to enter into deep sleep with this irregular schedual, and you could be a bit more aware while sleeping. Wich could affect your LDs in a positive way. Its not necissarily healthy for your body though, or for your mind to have sleep deprivation. You may find that you have more vivid dreams though, sometimes not. Depends on the person also
I could be wrong.
