Do you recommend practicing WBTB and WILD everyday?

I decided to make a major comeback in lucid dreaming now, and I thought that hell, why not give myself as many chances as possible?
So I intend to do the WBTB technique after 6 hours of sleep every morning (if I manage) combined with MILD, and then take a WILD nap later during the day.
Do you recommend this, or will that eventually be exhaustive? :eh:

It won’t become exhausting but it will be hard to keep finding the time to do this. It depends on whether you have a lot of spare time or not. I normally try to lucid dream only on the weekends but that’s just me. :happy:
