I decided to make a major comeback in lucid dreaming now, and I thought that hell, why not give myself as many chances as possible?
So I intend to do the WBTB technique after 6 hours of sleep every morning (if I manage) combined with MILD, and then take a WILD nap later during the day.
Do you recommend this, or will that eventually be exhaustive?
It won’t become exhausting but it will be hard to keep finding the time to do this. It depends on whether you have a lot of spare time or not. I normally try to lucid dream only on the weekends but that’s just me.
