Does Fild cause sleep Paralysis to happen and what techniques cause sleep paralysis

I am noob to LD and I’ve been trying to find out the best technique for me. I’ll like to try and avoid sleep paralysis if I can. Does fild induce sleep paralysis??

Disclaimer - I have never used FILD. But it shouldn’t cause you to experience SP. You are just lying still in bed and moving your finger if I recall. Then if unsuccessful you just go to sleep and try again later.

If you read up on SP it should take away most of your fears.

FILD does not cause any harm in sleep paralysis.The only way you can get sleep paralysis is if you think about it or if you sometimes do wild.
