whats a horlick?
Horlicks! I have that sometimes. You mix it with milk…warm is best. I would imagine it would help you to relax and fall asleep, maybe LD too.
hey all
Yep thats the stuff
Alex
where can you get it?
hey fellow Dreamers
You can get it in the supermarket. hmmmm im not sure if they sell it in America, im not sure, but i know that every supermarket has it in England.
Alex
It’s everywhere in Canada too. It’s usually kept in the same isle as tea and coffee but sometimes tends to be with the herbal teas or ovaltine.
I’ve never seen it at the grocery store I shop at…but then again, I didn’t even know what it was before I saw this thread
I will look for some next time I go shopping for groceries
hey all
Horlicks i find relaxes me before i go to bed but i am still wondering it helps for Lucid Dreaming.
Alex
I found your question about horlicks very funny cause I had always thought these nutritional drinks were a scam … but it seems not really cause I checked out teir ingredients page( horlicks.co.uk/pdfs/Original_info.pdf) and its loaded with Vitamin B’s - which help in dream recall .I guess one of them helps in uptake of choline which helps in synth’ing acetylcholine which from wikipedia is “Acetylcholine is also used in the brain, where it tends to cause excitatory actions” and therefore helps dream recall. So if you get sufficient choline you’d improve dream recall. Choline is found in eggs etc.
So before having horlicks have a egg or two … lol
