I have just finished downloading a induction song, the one where it repeatedly says am i dreaming? Is this a dream? and have extended this out to an hour, i put this on my ipod and plan to try it out tonight, will it work? 
never tried but i think it’s better to have it say it only 1-3 times and if your lucky it will trigger you in your sleep, 1 hours seems to much if you ask me, think it will wake you up.
