Unfortunatly I was having an ld every week but since spring break started I haven’t had one. For the past few nights I’ve been staying up until ten at night which is an hour past my usual bedtime. I’ve noticed that my dreams have gotten more vivid, longer, and are easier to remember since I’ve been staing up late.
My question is does staying up later positively or negativley affect the quality of dreams? My theory is that I am more tired from staying up late, therefore I am able to have longer more vivid dreams because it is more difficult to wake up.
