Donate to help tsunami victims.

i donated $20 to unicef, i trust the UN slightly more than I would an American organization, for some reason.

at any rate, there is also

www.netaid.org which … i haven’t heard of before, but it looks real, and looks to be a good solution for a more “intouch” company perhaps, than the Red Cross, etc, might be.

if every American gave $20 we could help these guys get through this.

What your
money can buy

$5 can provide an emergency health kit for one person for three months, with medical supplies and drugs to cover basic health needs.

$87 can provide a basic family water kit for ten households, with detergent, soap, wash basin, towels, bucket and water purification tablets.

$188 can provide one “School-in-a-Box” kit containing basic education supplies for 80 children during times of crisis.

this is coming from unicef in particular.

seriously if every american gave $20 we could about help them out, i think there are over 100 million of us, maybe, that’s 2 billion.

(the estimate is 295 M people in US)
that’s: $5,900,000,000

Well, I do not know about trusting the UN. However, I do agree that everyone should donate something to help those people. Even if it is only a few bucks I am sure it will be greatly appreciated. My best wishes go out to those suffering from this horrible tragedy.

Everyone here at my home is donating (to Caritas). It may not be much in comparison to the needs, but everyone should at least give something to make those desperately needed emergency aids possible. I fear we’re still not seeing the true scale of this disaster…

over 117, 000 dead

i hear Bush is going against the UN and starting his own coalition, what the hell is this man’s problem, does he want the world to hate him more than it’s even conceivably possible to fathom? Whether or not the UN is good, this is like flipping off the entire world and saying you and your buddies can help the world better than everyone else can.

(theoretically we could, though)

Yeah that was my first thought too… But it’s so typically Bush and his little megalomaniac ideas…

I hope I didn’t read that…

j/k

hahahahahahahahahahaha why help them out ahahahaha they arent any one important and i dun help those i duyj know

You’re missing the big picture. If everyone donates to the american organizations, we can take over another big oil country, and with all that oil… oh never mind

sage u are brilliant we dun even have to use it for those stupid people who got wahsed away ahahahha.sorry fo o.t.

Shinta of Wu, please tell me you are being sarcastic. 120,000 people are dead. Half a million people are now homeless. Most of them have no food or shelter what so ever, and you are saying we shouldn’t try to help! It’s not like we’re telling you that you have to send money, we are asking those who want to help those less fortunet to send what they can. Every human life is important, no matter who they are or where their from. Really hope you were joking…

I donated the wages for the last two hours of work to red cross  It gives a little more motivation to work overtime!

I donated some money through the local community. My condolences to everyone who lost somebody they loved.

nope wont do it dun care bout none i dun know lalalalalala.Have fun wasting ur money.

Shinta of Wu… Thats bad Karma. It could just easily happened in the U.S.A. making you a victem.

have fun being a selfish jerk shinta of wu

i will i will

I wish it was easier to donate. I’d donate if I could, but I don’t have a conveient box labeled “DONATIONS” nearby, as far as I know.

Between Broken sword and shinta-

Broken Sword, you have to realize that whether or not he’s joking, its not anyones right to tell him he’s wrong and claim they have authority to change this. But, in your favor, he’d be best not to say so here if he really did feel this way. Its obvious that he’s joking. And thats why its soo funny. AHAAHahahAHAHAHAHAHAhHAaha

so relax. We all know how major a tragedy this is, and how easily it could happen in the US with that BIG FREAKING VOLCANO waiting to explode. ^,^

But yes. I agree with Shinta… Why help them? Their all different from us!

Shinta and Trung are the same people…

no were not he lives down the street though from me.
he is smarter and nicer too humans.

Dude, I’m trung. Shinta is justin- my neighbor and best friend. And besides, how could we be the same person? His grammar and typos are atrocious!
