Urg! 
So very frustrating.
So, I had a false awaking from haveing a dream where I was a chicken, or called a chicken, I go to record it in my journal and all my dreams are gone, its pictures of a distorted atlas. The thing is I didnt even think it was unususual so i ended up dreaming of going back to sleep. I didnt realize it was accually a dream until I was at school thinking about what I dreamed about.
Darn! 
It’s alright, don’t get too mad at yourself over it 
I’ve had something like that where I had a FA and I was talking all about my dream to my friend, then I woke up, but I was still dreaming, and I told someone else about that dream. Then I woke up. 
[color=darkblue]I’ve had the exact same thing so many times. It is frustrating! Annoyingly- I’ll be explaining to someone about a lucid I had whilst still asleep! Then sometimes I go into another lucid and it’s like a lucid within a lucid!
