Though I dont remember MOST of my dreams (yeah… I suck), I remember this one dream I dreamed I think 1-2 years ago… I still remember details about it.
I dreamed when I got ill and have gone to bed because of beeing too tired…
I dreamed of a war… it was something like WW2… I didnt have control of the dream, but I saw it from the side…
One of the possible explanations I thought of, was that my body was fighting with the virus… that might be the reason…

I think that everyone can explain the best way his/her dreams. If this thought came to your mind, that this might be related with your illness, then most probably it is so. I’m pretty sure about this
I agree. If I should have had that dream, I think I’d interprete it in the same way. Dream interpretations in general are highly subjective, though you can pinpoint some general correlations between waking life events (such as illness) and dream events. For instance, dreaming about burglars entering your home are regularly related to an upcoming disease.

war dreams are usually showing that we have mixed feelings, or are fighting something inside us, wether it be fighting our thoughts/decisions/addictions?

once i was really ill i had indeed a dream about war, but because it only happend once while i was ill of flu and all other times not i cant tell 4 sure.
I think no one can, must be your own. But its not impossible thats 4 sure.
Hey Jeff,…well maybe the other times when you were ill, you cant remember the dreams,
anyway it doesnt have to be about war,… it can be a dream about a one on one fight, or argument, something like that.
i have many dreams about war, fights, and other types of conflicts, and i believe its coz im very indecisive about things,…and im fighting a bad addiction,
