Dream incubation

Hi,

I’m working on dream incubations at the moment, but am not doing terribly well. It used to take me about 2 months to dream about any topic in question, in which time, the incubation topic would already be out of date. I’ve improved, but it is still taking me 2 weeks (which is still too long) to dream about anything remotely linked to the current topic.

Any tips and suggestions on how to increase the relevance of the dreams to my topic and how to speed up the process a bit?

Try incubating topics that are more subjective… that way you will have more success.

Just what sort of dreams (or what things?) have you been trying to incubate?
