I just wanna take a poll here and see how many people this happens to. This usually happens to me about maybe 4 times a week where i remember some dreams but then later in the day i hear a word, see an item, and BAM a dream or scene come back to me. For example one day it was about sometime in the afternoon when i saw on my counter, a quarter. Right when i looked at the quarter its like all the memories just come flooding back to me and i remembered that dream. It usually happens between morning-noonish after that the dream is basically lost unless i see something thats just i couldnt miss.
Well, usually I’ll remember fragments from seeing something, and sometimes only an emotion comes back. I have remembered dreams from - eh, did I just remember a fragment? I have remembered dreams from seeing an object, but most often it’s fragments. However, sometimes I’ll remember a dream and forget it, then I see something that reminds me of it, and all the pieces fall into place. It’s pretty common for me. I’d at least say it’s not uncommon.
