Hey, I absolutely love zero 7!! You should listen the song “spinning”, it relaxes me a lot (BTW that’s a great song). Also these days I discovered “Koop”, they have cool, relaxing, kinda jazz songs in their album “Waltz for Koop”

That´s the calmest music ever… actually I am not sure if you can even call it music anymore, rather “atmospheric sounds” or something like that.
Actually I need music that gives you more to concentrate on when falling asleep, muse or stuff like that (at least at the beginning, I like to create playlists that go from “interesting” to “calm”)

As soon as I saw the thread, I thought, Mercury Rev! Only not their new album, bcause thats horribly poppy and unoriginal, really disappointing. Deserters Songs is great. Holes, Funny Bird, and Opus 40 are all good dreamy sleepee tunes I can’t usually fall asleep while music is playing though, I get to into it, and it keeps me awake.
At the moment the song i’m listening too while going to sleep is:
