A dream recall diary…
Like a DJ but instead of writing the dreams I had, I’ll write about the recall. The ideal goal is of course to remember the first dream from the beginning to end and the following dreams until the moment of awakening. To my best attention, the first dream is almost impossible to recall so when I mention the first dream, I am guessing I am actually referring to the second one…

what is your goal? Is it to increase your DR or do you just do it for fun? I hope that everyone can use this diary, I remember dreams better if I can write them down and I want to see how good DR is.

As I said… My goal is to perfect my Dream Recall.
I want to wake up remembering the entire string of consciousness I had from the moment I entered the first REM period to the moment I woke up.
and as for last night. I woke up remembering 4-5 dreams but I was really in a hurry and sadly I had to jump out of bed, causing me to skip this day. So… tonight, I begin.
Is it only you who will use it or is it allowed for everyone who want? This is due to that I want to raise my DR. I hope you get the finest DR and wish you all my best lucks.

Anyway, after neglecting my DJ for a while now and my entire dream world in general,
its time to start this DJ.
So …
This morning I wake up after sleeping for 6 - 7 hours and as I wake up, I remember 3 dreams and the order in which they took place. I do not remember the exact point of time in which one ended and the other started. I remember the first and the last dream very well. When I was writing the dreams, I completely forgot the second one and it was lost.
Not the best start…
Today was even worse 
as the cleaning lady woke me up 
I only remembered two dreams, short in length and not so clear either. The second one was definitely the last one and I can’t tell exactly when the first one was during the night.
