Wassup,

How good are you guys’ dream recall? Mine is almost completely gone. I though I just didn’t have any dreams anymore but after getting to this site, I found that I did, only I don’t remember them. I am getting it back now though. I can remember a dream every other night.

I want to ask how good are your recall abilities? Are there any tips you could tell me to help my reacall? and How long did it take you to get recall back if you were in my kind of a situation?

My recall atm varies between 0 (rare) to 10 (also rare) … my average is 2 to 3 dreams a night atm.
