Lately I have been eating junk food around 11 or 12 at night (normally chips ) and then going straight to bed. I was wondering if this could be effecting my dream recall, becuase lately I have not been able to recall my dreams as well .
I think it’s not good to eat food which contains lots of fat before going to bed. It can affect your dream recall and even cause nightmares. just wait a few hours after eating before going to sleep.

Personally, I think the food you eat and what techs you do mess with your recall/LD probablility. A soda RIGHT before I sleep usually helps with WILD, since my mind will wake up right as I’m about to sleep. Dairy like cheese and yogurt help with recall, it seems.
Sooooooooo… what kind of junk food are you eating before bed? (other than chips ) Sunflower seeds are really great if you need a snack. Full of B6, good for dreams- tastey too! ^^
I was getting ready to make a comment about junk food before bed–yeah, bad idea. Sometimes you can wake up nauseated–no ‘barf’ smiley?
Try bananas instead–yeah I know, I sound like some kind of health counselor–in that case try ice cream .
BTW, I LOVE CHIPS! Doritos preferably
