i made an observation that you might already know. when i sleep with lights on or during the day there is bright light in dreams.during night, dreams are dark.there appears to be a direct correlation between the light that falls on eyes while sleeping and the light that appears in sleep. think of ways to increase illumination in dreams particularly when you are sleeping in a dark room. there might be exceptions to this rule but i never noticed any.
Well, the major exception is that there is no rule, of course. Perhaps it works that way for you, but for me there is absolutely no correlation between room light and dreams. I always sleep in the dark, and I have many dreams set in daylight, or sunset, or twilight, and, yes, the dark. Maybe you’re just unlucky.
how do you create light in LDs when it is dark
if I need anything in a LD I use vocal commands …
more colour
more light
etc
Saying the command and expecting it to work always gives good results.
now i understand why i thought that room light effects light in dreams. during that time, i used to have many false awakenings. i read in a book of robert bruce that false awakenings are, in fact, obes in real time zone.it means that u really project into the room in which you are sleeping. so u see the same light in them which u have in your room. any comments?
