This looks like this could be useful for WILD. It basically creates a light pattern which stimulates alpha waves, or something like that. Has anyone tried this?
Raven night uses a similar device in order to WILD at the beginning of her night: it produces sounds and lights in the same fashion, only it’s on a sleep mask. And it’s great help too ^^
