convince yourself that you set an alarm and you HAVE to get up soon,
i notice I have many many FAs when I think i need to get up immediately, or that I have an alarm set, or really want to know what time it is
but if you set an alarm, it will really wake you up
so in this way, pretend that you set an alarm, after waking up in the early morning but still being very sleepy
just understanding “i have to get up soon and i don’t want to !” and in this way, the mind will be very diligent about believing you set an alarm clock to go off, and give you repeated dreams about it.
