Falling asleep techniques

When I have truble going to sleep, I usualy lay sideways facing the darkest area of my room. And starts breating in sleep tempo (If you don’t know what sleep tempo is, just listen to a person that sleeps.) And abow all things, think as litle as posible. I manage to slow down my thinking by just wanting it, but if you cant do that, try thinking about something relaxing like the ocen or your fantasy world. (if you’re lucky you will end up dreaming about your fantasy world and maybe gain lucidity:)

I always thought it was the opposite…well I guess I’ll give this a try
