First LD!

Hello everyone, good morning!
I hope this is the correct, most proper place to post.

So I’ve been trying to LD for about a week or two, I started with writing in my DJ and practicing WILD… I was using bwgen and practicing different approaches to LD… I was so close during many of my WILD experiences but didn’t quite get it…

Anyways last night after a long, hard day at work I got home and decided “Hey, I’ll just try MILD a bit before I go to sleep.” So as I’m laying there about to fall asleep I remember only telling myself I would LD tonight and would realize and remember it.

In my dream, we were at some restaurant with my friends and one of them told me I was dreaming. I was like “What, I’m dreaming?!” and tried the finger through palm method, it actually failed (didn’t go through) so I moved on to the nose method. This method really set me off, I could VERY MUCH SO breathe through my nose… It felt extremely real. After that RC I got SUPER excited and almost lost my lucidity. I quickly started spinning and looked at my hands like I read helps regain your lucidity. Awesome, I was there, in a LD… I tried testing out my environment, I went to grab some less attractive girls and told them to come with me… They politely said no but when I told them it was just a dream they were like "Ohh, alright then smile " So I’d take these girls hands spin around not looking and they would turn in to more attractive asian girls (just what i wanted) I kept trying this out and the very last time when I grabbed 2 girls hands at once and started I realized I was losing my lucidity… the spinning wasn’t working so I frantically started rubbing my hands… Unfortunately my dream faded out and then I woke up… But holy crap I just had my FIRST LD, just thought I’d share!

Thank you to the people I spoke with in the chatroom that helped me with a couple questions. LD on.

Told me about it in the chatroom, congratulations on your first LD! :peek:

Congrats! Just had my first LD yesterday to, i had no problem to stay lucid either. It was a really wierd but extremely comforteble feeling of knowing that you are in a dream! I have been “half lucid”, or i dont really now what to call it, a hundred times before wich meens I know it is a dream but i just dont do anything about it.
