ok so i got up this morning, but i was feeling really sick so i decided to not go to work and go back to sleep, I gave up trying to LD during the summer, but i thought id to a RC for some weird reason. I went to sleep and a dream started pretty fast, I was in my neighborhood, but it was sortof like i was controlling myself like in a video game. (third-person and restricted to what the guy could do) Then when i was sprinting like you would in a video game and i ran out of energy, i realized it was a dream and knew i could run for pretty much forever. so that was fun and stuff but i think i fell asleep after that/ lost lucidity. I had another dream where i was altair from assassins creed (yes i play too much xbox) but i realized i looked room and suddenly i was lucid! I was getting pretty excited cause this was the second lucid dream and i had never been able to get one before. Then i lost lucidity but i think it was a good first time. Any other pointers and how often do you normally have them cause it was amazing

Congrats on your first LD!
To make it last longer, try doing something like rubbing your hands or shouting,“increase lucidity * 1000”. Or make some lucid pills appear and eat them.
About how often you have them-some people have them every night, I have them once every 2 days, but beginners like yourself will probably have one every 2 weeks until you get better.
Congrats! Longer LD’s come with a bit more practice, usually Normally if you get a 30 second LD as your first LD that’s pretty great!
Try to use this experience as an extra motivator to practice and get even cooler Altair lucid dream? (I mean I know I’d love those!)
Congratulations on your first lucid, and two in one even! I wish you luck with furthering your abilities! As others have said, how many lucids you get entirely depends on the person. There are people who even have 3-4 lucids a night while others only get 1-2 a month. It take practice and time to improve so have fun with it.
