Food & Dreaming

I’m new to the subject, I did not manage to have a lucid dream yet, and I’d like to ask if the type of food somebody eats (and quantity) is importart. When I say “type of food”, I’m focusing not only on dinner, but the diet of a person and/or substances somebody may take. For example, does junk food affects dreaming?

I have found some indications that rosewater makes dreaming easier. Do you think this is true?

Yes, almost everything can affect dreaming. Different types of food may make your mind more conscious, or less.
McDonalds though many may not consider it junk food causes Night terrors just so you know.
They add chemicals into their food.

Diet affects lucid dreaming. As Kit said the junk food kills dream recall, and even cause night terrors :spinning:nuu:). Healthy diet for example seems to help with dream recall and LDing. There also some thing that is called lucid food and it’s things that contains chemical stuff that helps with it. So bananas, cheese, milk, chocolade , and some more things I don’t remember :razz:. Try use power of yellow button, you’ll get plenty of it.

I read that caffine is good for recall. Though I dont drink caffine past 3 pm. I drink it almiost every day. If you dont like coffee drink green or chai tea. Also I read banana’s but i eat those a lot anyways. I read chocolate is good with recall and what do you know I love chocolate.
