Hello.
I found this site and attempted my first Lucid dream. I think it worked, I did sit, talk, and move as I would while awake.
I have one question though. Since the LD is a powerful experience, I asked myself if LD interactions with real people affects the dream of that other person.

The Question you have is intriguing, and there are people (also on LD4all) who attempt to have a dream with someone they know to see if they both share the same dream. Your Question is a bit different though, you wonder if your interactions with them change the dream the other person has.
I remember one example from Timeless (a member here) who described a dream with a girl he knew, and she came into his dream. In his dream it was snowing, in her dream it was sunny. He went with her and had to change clothes because of the weather.
