groggy lucid dream

im not sure if this post is supposed to be here, if not, feel free to move it admin.

so, i had my first real lucid dream tonight, or at least that i would really consider higher level lucidity. i’ve been trying for about 2-3 weeks now and wasnt really getting anywhere. so i decided to just do my RC 's but whilst asleep only focus on my dream recall, because it was pretty non existent. well that was 3 days ago, and here i am.

my dream recall went from 0 in the first night to 2 in the second and last night 3 and 1 lucid. but the reason im here is because the lucid dream was just really groggy and vage. and i didnt experience it like some people say, 360 HD and stuff. i know this comes with training, but all of my other dreams have also been groggy. i would say vividness level: 3. I just want to know if this stays, or dreams become more vivid by themselves.

it could be my diet too, but im really too lazy to change it, or order galantamine/choline pills of the internet. Maybe im just overthinking this all.
but anyway the lucid dream was amazing, i was flying and when i woke up i just felt pure joy. and some advanced level dream manifestation, (if you know what i mean)

You are correct at first sentence but wrong at the last one. They will not become vivid by themselves. You need to maintain practice of DR. Because DR actually means how much you pay attention on your dreams. And when you pay attention on dreams vividness will increase too but not always because there are many factors in that, but in general better DR means better vividness.

Congrats on your LD!

You could order galantamine but I now that this is not crucial and that you could do that without it and I would advise that because the power is in us not the pills, whatever it takes you have it in you, you just need to reach deeper! :content:
