Guaranteed Lucid Dreaming? Hmm...

Ok, so I visited one of the ads on the forum(the 7-day kit thing), that promises LDs. Now I know this isn’t exactly new, but has anyone tried this? Does it actually work? I almost gagged on the commercialism of the whole thing, but who knows, maybe it works.

I don’t recommend you to spent any cent in those things, i better be patience to achieve LD. But do as you want.

Given that there is so much free information on the net (including this forum) I would not spend money on that. Also noone can guarantee you results in a specific time. My opinion, don’t waist your money.

I wonder if there is anything in that kit that isn’t already mentioned in here? For example, what could those two words be?

They should give you back your money if you don’t have LD’s in 7 days

No, I think it wouldn’t work better than everything you can find free on the net; well, unless there is some induction device in there (but you can always make such on your own, there’s a lot of info on that).

Look, if they promise you LD in 7 days, you can sew [spelled correctly?] them if you don’t get one in 7 days. I mean, charging money from poeple and running a buissnes are legal issue and if they are a registered company you have nothing to worry about. In the best case you’ll get your money back, otherwise, see them in court. Just make sure you know who they are and how much they are trusterable.

Thats right- ive noticed this ad too and to me its a total scam. What this kit includes can be gathered on the net in no more than one hour.Having this in mind the price is unbelievably high.
Not mentioning that 7 days thing…eeeek.

But I still wonder how would they react when someone demands their money back because of the guarantee

And I’m sure that if that methods are worth something, they will soon be on LD4all - if they aren’t already.

Theres nothing in the world of lucid dreaming that wasnt or isnt discussed here:)

Just make sure you read the fine print. businesses that make these money back guarantees protect themselves. Also, the cost of litigation will likely be more than what you would recover, if you recover anything. (And the businesses know this)Plus, you can get a judgement against someone but, collecting that judgement is another mater entirely.

The bottom line is, you don’t need it to learn to lucid dream so why waste your money!

I know, I know, but still the prospect of an LD in seven days is tempting. Btw Siiw, haha, yeah I suppose you can find most of this stuff elsewhere. “The two secret words nobody knows!” lol.

You can easily learn to LD in 7 days without it. Read posts of many on this forum who had their first LD within a week. The bottom line is you just have to have confidence in yourself. Lucid dreaming is not that hard all you need is practice.

Good luck and happy dreaming.

I agree with milod, there is so much free info online, why waste your money, especially when there is never a guarantee with any method that you will have a LD after a specific amount of time. Although sitting at the computer isn’t always the best thing if you wake up in the night and want to read about dreaming in bed (unless you have a laptop computer and an Internet connection in your bedroom); that’s where owning a good book would come in handy.

I bought the book
Lucid Dreams in 30 Days : The Creative Sleep Program
(amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/de … s&n=507846)
and I didn’t have a LD in 30 days. In fact, the book kind of sucks in my opinion. A much better book is Stephen LaBerge’s Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming.
(amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/de … s&n=507846)
I’ve been into this subject of LD’s since the first week of December and it took me about two months to finally have one short LD, so some of us just have to be patient. :content:

Nothing beats the Internet though, because the info that’s here is constantly changing and evolving. Good luck to you.

Dang, I am sorry! I really AM one of the lucky ducks who can LD whenever they want! I just have to be in bed by 8:00 P.M., get up at 2:00 A.M. and make myself wake up mentally (not at all physically) for an hour then go back to bed doing MILD. If I REALLY put effort into it I have a lucid dream - no matter what.

The bottom line of what I am trying to say is - I don’t know about YOU but I don’t need a damn ld kit!
