It could be that you’re either not getting enough sleep, so you have less time to dream, or your dream recall has just gotten worse over time, so you don’t remember the dreams in as much detail.
It could also have to do with the way you wake up… if you’re stressed the moment you wake up, you might lose the dream even before you start remembering it.
yeah, yeah ok, I guess that could be a good valid reason, I am pretty stressed lately…very in fact…and also have been going to bed late…can’t be good, can it?
I’d say on average I have been getting about 5 hours sleep a night, on school nights and on weekends even less then that…just seem to not feel tired much lately for the past 2 months or so…
5 hours sleep is not very much. you know you dream more the longer you sleep. I suppsoe there is a limit but…
the ratio of the increase in REM sleep is that you dream twice as much in the second half of the night as you did in the first. or so i heard.
5 hours is defineatly too small time to get long dream. You should sleep at leat 7-8 hours to have long dreams. I also had experience like that, I was afraid that something happened to my DR, but luckly- no. Just sleep longer, and everything will be back to normal.
