head rushes

ok, i dont really no where to put this but, i have like really vivid head rushes not to do with dreaming but if i stretch after sittin for a while like i have a like minit length rush where my hole body goes wierd it kinda freaks me out but i kinda enjoy it, does any1 else have really wierd head rushes or do u all just not no wat im talkin about

I have gotten wierd head rushes ever since I started taking my multivitamin, but it isn’t associated with any kind of physical activity. There are a million different reasons for some one to get a head rush… so I think it is hard to pinpoint why you would be having them

this sounds to me like a spontaneous whole body orgasm. if i may suggest The Multi-Orgasmic Man by mantak chia, it explains to you how to train yourself to have these “head rushes”

but here’s the basic idea. your sexual energy is turned back into your body (instead of leaving it through ejaculation) we are supposed to draw this energy up to our heads (the head rush) which eventually causes a whole body orgasm (your whole body tingling with energy) it’s important to bring the energy back down from your head and store it in your navel, but yeah, if you’re interested… just get the book

OT => i should keep a tally of how many times i recommend that book on this forum

This is just my personal experience, but a good thing I’ve found to prevent them (unless you want them? I’m not sure if health is a factor or not) is to flex your legs very hard before standing up. When you sit too long, the muscles in your calves that pump blood hard enough to get back the rest of your body become dormant, and that’s one cause. It might help. Worth a shot at least.

I have had this happen many times also. It seems after sitting down for a long time and getting up it happens. Or when I wake up in the middle of the day and get up. Happened to me earlier today actually.

I think it probably has something to do with blood flow to certain areas of the body.

whats a “headrush”?

To me a ‘head rush’ is This slighT head ache feeling when i sTand up. iTs noT a horrible feeling, buT iT comes wiTh dizziness and bad balance for a momenT someTimes.

Hmm, i suppose you mean when you stand up and stretch, and you almost go blind because there isn’t enough oxygen going to the brain?
I get that everyday when i stand up after having 1:30 hours lesson in school. It’s the same thing that is exploited when you hyperventilate, that is when you sit down, breathing heavily for 30-40 seconds, and then standing up while someone pushes you on solaar plexus. This can be pretty dangerous, i won’t recommend it. I’ve tried it a couple of times, and you really pass out, and don’t know where you are, who there’s standing in front of you, what time it is or anything.
But i don’t think depriving your brain of oxygen is healthy, so not something i would recommend

^ i get that sometimes, it can be fun, but also sometimes it’s TOO intense… i don’t think it’s bad for you unless you go as far as to pass out and then some…

like for example G forces can cause blackouts due to lack of blood in the brain (and can certainly kill) I think 8 Gs is enough to kill a man if sustained for a few seconds… umm… 4.5 for 10 is supposed to make people pass out… though…

From my experience, riding Goliath at Six Flags Magic Mountain (or Titan for Texans on here…) during the helix at the end, I’ve blacked out once, I was in the very back and had my hands up… it was great, and it was like a shared experience with my friend, we both had it, and I think, we both knew we had it, and like when it was over I was like “I started blacking out!” and somehow, I KNEW he did too, before he was even like “me too”

it was great… it didn’t happen until right before the end of the helix though so my vision was just BARELY starting to black out, which was kind of sad.

It’s supposed to pull 4.5 Gs max, with the midcourse breaks the way they are it’s probably a solid 3-4 for 3 or 4 or more seconds.

But yes my point is they can be very fun.
