They’re all risk free, so that’s one thing off your mind… and nearly all can be done for free… there goes another… there is no quickest or easiest way (it’s different for each person)… so I can’t help you much

Try one of the DILD-based methods : they are generally easier, and quicker than WILD. They are free and without risks, too !
