hypnosis to get more confidence by Randy Thomas… in the beginning of the audio file he is geting u to relax and try to put u to sleep and when I listen to it I got really much HI and usually I never got HI so I modified the audio and cut of the part when he is trying to hypnotise you, and that file have helped me to get HI or get to sleep every night sense…
I do not think that I cant put up the file here because I do not think that this forum wants to have any illegal stuff on it…
