Help With WILD

I am trying WILD for a few weeks now, everyday.
also naps between 1pm and 8pm.
i have reached Hypnagogic Hallucination a couple of times.
but the HH keeps going on, i cant reach the transition to an LD

i have had the spinning feeling with the fast heart rate.
also the sound hallucination and extreme fear.
the HH also changed into objects.

but that just keep going on, today i was lying in bed for over 2 hours but still could not get from SP and HH to an Lucid Dream.
i get though these visions in HH, like me sitting in a train wich are like vivid day dreams.
but these keep changing i keep falling of the train and then out of the nowhere a second later it is something completely different. and second after second these change.
these visions look pretty realistic, but there is no 3D no sounds or feelings.
just like a vivid thought about something.

The actual lucid dream should be very stable and in one location, like in a real dream right? Like you are actually standing in that location.

Is there anything you should do ones you reached the Hallucination part?
or is there anything i can do to get from HH to an lucid dream?

Cheers.

I keep seeing this kind of posts. People are spending too much time in hypnagogic state without transition. And my advice is always the same. When you get to that point of feeling and various body sensations let yourself fall asleep but consciously. That’s the way how I make transition.

I was having the same problem until I decided that I will fall asleep consciously because I didn’t had any more solutions, and when I did that next second I was in a dream, lucid.

dB_FTS has it right. One great misconception about WILD is that you stay awake as you go into a dream. Heck, even it’s name implies that. However, it’s a bit of a misnomer. You can’t dream unless you’re asleep. The trick is to stay aware, not awake. Just stay calm and passively observe what is going on in your mind.
