i have some questions that i could really get help on.
1:is their a age limit to LD?
2:can you make yourself wake up?
3:I need ot repeat a sentance untill i fall asleep?
4:would LD result to sleepwalking? (lol)

1- Nope. I think kids have them quite easily sometimes…
2- Yep! You just might have to practice. You may want to do something like looking at the time when you go to bed and repeating in your mind you want to wake up at a specific time a few times, or until you fall asleep. Focus on the meaning and believe it. I’ve done it a few times… If it doesn’t work just keep trying… I don’t know if there are other “techniques” for this…
3- Well, there are many different techniques for lucid dreaming. With MILD, yes, you basicly repeat a sentence like “the next time I dream I will remember to recognize I’m dreaming” or something. The idea is that to be the last thing you have in your mind when you fall asleep.
4- No. Sleepwalking actually happens in a stage of sleep where you usually don’t dream. They are two different things. When you sleepwalk you aren’t actually living out your dream, because when you dream you are in sleep paralysis.
5- Sleep Paralysis happens whenever you dream. Your body is naturally paralysed so you don’t move when you dream. Otherwise you would start moving your legs when you dreamed you were running. That would just wake you up. Usually you don’t notice SP because you are unconscious. It might happen though, sometimes, that you wake up in SP (or get it while falling asleep). What happens is you wake up before the SP effect wares off. It might feel very weird, but is not at all dangerous. You may experience hallucinations, such as see things or hear things. This can be scary for some people, but remember that the fear of SP usually helps a lot to create the scary things. If you learn to relax and remember it will go away in little time, you can enjoy it even. SP is a great way to enter a LD too. If by REW you mean REM , that is when you are dreaming. When we dream our body is paralysed, but our eyes aren’t, so they keep moving. That’s where the name comes from.

1.i know popcorn is good before a LD but I had a cookie & coffee (milk) will this ruin the pop corns affect
2.if you have a mild neck spazim is it harder to have a LD?
I believe milk contains a small amount of various vitamins that indirectly help with sleep induction / relaxation. I’m not so sure about cookies, I don’t know if they have an effect or not.
In answer to your second question, I can’t see why it would. If it you are aiming to WILD it might cause a few problems if you try to WILD, but it certainly shouldn’t stop you.

1.I have been attempting to LD I did MILD and WILD I start to feel lighter and bigger with a small feeling of a vibrate as if their floating, what is this?
2.when I’m WILDing my moutch slowley opens? Is this normal
3.do you need to WILD or MILD until your fully asleep, like you need to do it for a amount of time it takes to get a normal dream or does your dream start faster when you try to get a LD

try and find out, it can range from 10 minutes to 90 minutes somewhere in between, and you will know because you wont be lying in bed anymore, you will be somewhere completly different, inside a dream world. Its easy to tell trust me, just relax dont think about it and it will come,
If you do a WB2B method, you will fall into a dream much faster then if you try it as soon as you have gotten into bed yer?
I was trying to LD last night, I did HI and I got to the stage where you feel numb and start seeing things etc., and then after awhile I kept saying (its almost over) but I wasint to tired so I opened my eyes and a I saw I white flash for a second.
