How about this for WBTB...

Ok, what if I go to bed at 11 and hopefully be asleep by 12.

Then I wake up at 6 or 7.

I recall some people saying before that doing maths or something logical that gets your brain working or something helps. So I’m thinking, what if I read some of The Art Of War by Sun Tzu?

then I go back to sleep and see what happens.

What do you think? good plan?

Just try out it and see if it works for you. I’d say, go with it for at least two weeks. If it doesn’t seem to help change it :wink:.

That would most likely be fine. You will have to test it yourself and see how it goes.

Personally I do not stay up long when I do WBTB ( a few minutes at most). But if I were to stay up I would spend time doing something dream related like reading my DJ, reading about lucid dreaming or visit the forum. But that is just me.
