hello i got a question, How can i improve my motivation to write my dreams into my DJ as i wake up? because when i wake up i have the seduction to try to sleep some more and as i wake up i`m too lazy to write it down, so i need some advice, Thanks!
If you are planning on going back to sleep, I would just recommend keeping a notepad by your bed so that you can write down one or two things about it and then get back to the dreaming world.
If you don’t have the motivation after you wake up, then I would recommend making yourself do it for two weeks. When you are done with the two weeks look at the difference between dreams that you had 3 weeks ago and the dreams that you are having now!
Also, I am currently saying my dreams on my ride to work and my journal application is transcribing it. I send it to the computer and it takes a few minutes to edit. This way I don’t have to take time out of my day and I can still say it while it is fresh.
Hope this helps.
i placed a notebook next to my bed , i will give a feedback on how it`s going!
Thanks
Awesome. Feedback is appreciated.
I use my iPad on the lowest brightness and the Notes Plus app to record my dreams. I find it much easier than turning on a light and physically writing them in, as that takes a lot of effort. This way it makes it a lot easier, therefore more doable when you are tired. I also recommend setting an alarm, such as (Once again on my iPad, you could do either on an iTouch or iPhone though) the Progressive Alarm (Only two bucks.) which wakes you up more progressively, and doesn’t jolt you awake, so you don’t have the urge to destroy your alarm and close your eyes again.
I like.
I use my phone as my notepad as well. The very lowest setting of brightness doesn’t seem to effect recall like a lot of people say.
I would recommend waking up naturally rather than an alarm, but progressive alarms are better than normal evil ones.
