I tried spinning around but for some reason that didnt work
I also tried some Reality Checks, even though I was like 100% sure that it was a dream. I tried putting my hand through my other hand and trying to walk trough my mirror. Nothing worked.

By that I mean, I tried so spin around in a circle but I couldn’t, like if my body isn’t capable of doing it.
Some ideas for you…
A final one is to keep at it - sometimes you’ll get poor quality ones, sometimes you’ll get breath-taking experiences. Good luck!
Grab on to something if you dream is fading fast.
WILL yourself to stay in the dream.
Stay occupied.
Different people have different ways of stabilizing their dreams.
Chant out loud: “I’m dreaming, I’m dreaming, I’m dreaming, I’m dreaming!”
Rub your hands against each other or try to otherwise feel something in the dreamscape.
Don’t get too excited about being lucid, and don’t be afraid of losing lucidity—try to remain calm and remember: you’ll have other LDs, no need to get desperate if you lose lucidity in this particular one. (This kind of reasoning actually gets you to remain lucid for longer! )
Say things, talk to people, use your voice.
Try to think straightaway what are your LD quests and start doing them—if you’re occupied, you have less chances of losing lucidity/waking up.
Tips from a lousy LDer who doesn’t do squat to stay lucid.
Take a minute (or, in a rate of dream time to real time, a few portions of a second) to breathe. Concentrate on your hands, and will them to combine, will your left to go clean through your right. Know that you’re dreaming and see them going together. Don’t just think it will happen, know it will. Give a great push if you need to.
Spinning is dangerous. Once I tried spinning in circles and ended up falling off of a cliff. I wouldn’t reccomend this in the sake of dreaming entertainment; you can do it in the real world well enough.
It all depends on you. The suggestions above are good, but you must learn what works for you. Some people say that spinning is the best way. It can also let you change your dream to whatever you want. My only attempt at spinning caused me to fall over and wake up. I knew that I was dreaming when I fell, because altho I was spinning fast and hit a wall and the floor hard, there was no pain.
Doing something that focuses on the dream world helps. For some people that can be spinning. For others it is touching something, ether your hands, or something you can see in the dream world. Some people say just concentrating on the dream world works for them. So you just have to try out the different methods and see for yourself.
Like Bruno said, you’ll have other LD’S, so don’t worry too much about lossing lucidity in this one, just try to learn how to make each one better and longer then the last. That is how you get to be an expert in LD’ing.
don
Touching and looking at something is good.
Also you could try concentrating on your third eye.
I never tried that. Sounds like an interesting thing to try! Could you develop the point? Is it just like focusing on your forehead or am I looking for a specific feeling here?
Bruno.

Put your index-finger between your eyebrows. And move it away for 2-3cm. Now look at your finger. Close your eyes. That’s the point you gotta concentrate on. Usually when I do this in dreams, I see a bright white light and it helps to concentrate. It makes the dreams more vivid and last longer. It also helps when doing WILD. There’s a meditation thread here on LD4all, there’s a link to a technique called the Suneye method. I got it from there. It works well.
