Please post your methods in lucid dreaming!
Here is mine:
I sleep for 4.5 hours, either waking myself up by sheer will or by using an alarm clock.
When i wake up i try not to get too awake, and perform some form of WILD.
I am currently using the spinning technique and it has worked out fairly well, almost had an ld this morning.

My typical way is to start off as I fall asleep with MILD then each subsequent time I wake up I will use WILD, unless it has only been a couple of hours in which case I would do MILD.
Nowadays, I’m using shamanic drums after some six hours of sleep. Apart from some strange dreams, nothing special yet happened, but I feel it has to grow on me before bigger effects will manifest themselves.
I do the same as everybody else basically…but with one thing added. I’ve started to take naps in the afternoon. And right before I take one, I do a Falling or Spinning WILD. That is, you picture yourself falling/spinning and you try and put yourself in first person.
Napping has doubled if not tripled my chances for LDs. I have one almost every time I take a nap.
I only did reality checks for two days and I had one it wasn’t long but I had one
I was on vacation with friends and I thought I didn’t do my exams and I have summer vacation and then suddenly I said : I’M DREAMING it didn’t take long but I already could change places
For me the reality checks are the best but everybody has a different way I tried a lot of things before I finally found my way GOOD LUCK BY THE WAY
