after a few months of failed attempts at every other technique i decided to try reality checks, for me every time i leave a room and enter another i must do a reality check. i am going to do this untile it becomes a habbit then hopefully i will do it in my sleep, does this sound like a good RL? should i add some other ones too? it cant involve a clock because i never see them in my dreams, and alos i am using the breathe through your fingers method

I mostly do a RC every time I go to the bath-room because in my dreams I almost always see a bathroom.
So yes if you enter or exit rooms a lot in your dreams that would be a good one to try out, I also do a RC every-time I get something to eat or something to drink, I have a lot of reminders like colors, and people (mostly family, the ones that appear in my dreams a lot) So yes it never hurts to “have” many reminders IRL, but make it things or people that you mostly see in your dreams.

well for me i seem to go to a lot of places i have previously been, and although i dont enter and exit rooms a lot, it does happen so hopefully this will work, i nevr eat so thats a no, but colors sound interesting, i could try that maybe
