Ok, since you enter REM right away, what order do the rest of the sleep stages occur in? And…Why do you enter REM immediately?
I don’t think sleep cycle changes when you practice WILD. That’s why it’s said to be easier to practice WILD with WBTB. I suppose some people experience SOREM (sleep onset REM) sleep sometimes, that’s why they can WILD easier than other (some people say they get rapid eyes movement when falling asleep). And some WILD’ers are able to dream lucidly in n-REM sleep stages.
