What was it like to you when you first found out that you could know that you’re dreaming and control them too. What an extraordinary experience dreaming is itself. You have all the wonders of space and the ocean, which would take a lot of money and time to explore, then you have dreaming where all you have to do is go to sleep and have wonderful adventures (sometimes nightmares). Then lucid dreaming comes along where you can do anything you want. Not only that, but you’re doing it in another reality which is cool in itself. Tell me how it struck you.
I was immensely amazed and excited as I perceived it to be the answer to everything I thought lacking in life, reality is a restriction that id rather not have to obey. Lucid Dreaming will fix that, however, I still have not gotten a full-lucid dream I will keep trying though.
I just thought it would be cool, but I was not overly amazed. I researched a bit and decided to give it a try, I was excited to go to bed and have some awesome dreams. I started a DJ and tried lots of different techniques, but my attitude at the beginning was very precisely this: That sounds really cool and nice to do, I’ll give it a try, but if it doesn’t work, then nevermind.
