I’ve been practicing dream recall for about a week. I remembered 3 dreams out of 5 nights. so, how much longer should I be practicing it? or how many dreams should i remember per week?

You should remember as many as possible. Myself I can remember all my dreams, but only 3/7 really good.
MovieMe … no one can say they remember all their dreams (unless you wake yourself up every half an hour during the night and even then you could forget some)
The Ninja Spud, there is never a time when you can say I don’t need to practice recalling dreams anymore. Since as soon as you stop making the effort the recall will start slipping away again. But for me … as soon as I averaged one dream per night, I started to use LD techs too. Prob MILD /WBTB is best unless you find you are a natural WILDer, since using WILD can make you lose some sleep if you find it difficult.
Now all im practicing is WILD. Should I?
Oh my god, I really screwed up there I ment to write “…pretty much all my dreams…”
I consider myself to have really bad dream recall and I when I am trying (journal at bedside, with concious reminder to remember before I sleep) I get at least one every night. The reminder before I sleep was the big key. Also I feel that I remember more of the dream as I start writing in the journal, so even if you think you only remember a flash, start writing.
I sleep for about 12 hours, 11-11, and I can recall up to four dreams a day along with some b6 pills. Chop that in half, which is what normal non-summer days are like, and my dream recall had dropped from 0-1. I just figure that, this b6 is scientifically proven to recall dreams, so it WILL work. It’s probably only working psychologically for me.
Anyways, good luck with recall, it’ll get better when you can trick yourself into recalling, and longer hours of sleep.
