How many RC do you do?

Well, how many RC do you do? As of starting to do them more I’ve been doing around 100 a day :eek:.

When I do LL it’s more of a(n) (attempted) constant thing. Otherwise it’s between 30-100 a day when I’m active which leads to pretty frequent RCILD’s.

I try the old fashioned way, every time I pass under a door I’ll do an RC.
Of course, that doesn’t always end up happening. So I’d say I do about 40-60 a day, maybe.

In all honesty, I don’t really keep track of all the doors I walk through a day :content:

1 - 10? :rofl: RC’s aren’t really my main thing. But I guess I should start doing more of them. Lately I’ve been doing them when I see something weird and randomly when I remember.

Not many, I do RCs about 5 times/day. I focus more on awareness. :tongue:

:ack: I completely forgot to do some RC 's when awake thanks for reminding me. 3-20 RC 's. Gotta start up on LL again or simply asking myself what I would do at this moment in this location if this was an LD every 5-30 minutes during the day.

I rarely do RC 's in WL , I mostly use them as a prove that I’m in a dream, or to verify the reality of the reality, so 1-5 a day…

I do them all the time to be honest. All of my LDs have been from RCs, mainly false awakenings actually. Every time I wake up I try to remember to do an RC because on some nights I tend to wake up a lot.
