I’ve noticed as my recall increases (which let me say, lately it has been amazing) I also start to remember more and more of the times that I woke up throughout the night.
I used to remember waking up one, sometimes two times a night and usually goign back to sleep. Lately, I’ve been remembering waking up up to 7 times a night or more. Does this happen with anyone else?
Generally doesn’t happen with me… but that is a good thing that you can remember the times you wake up,
7 times sounds like a lot… but as long as you still get a good amount of sleep its no problem…
Yeah, that happens to me. Usually when I get more than one LD, say, 5, it’s because I’m constantly waking up. It’s not a problem though because it’s usually only for 2-3 seconds.
It means more chances to become lucid.
