im pretty good at waking up and closing my eyes thats not the problem the problem is im not sure what to do from there i guess stay still dont move your eyes and

2. imagine a new dream scenario
3. re enter the previous dream
Yeah, the key is once you wake up, do not move at all, do not open your eyes and then you can actually do most of those 3 options you gave. When visualizing a scene or reentering it is important not to let yourself get lost. In any case I’d recommend that you do something like repeating “I’m dreaming” so you don’t lose focus. One thing that helped me a lot too was imagining that I was rolling out of bed, eventually it felt real, quick RC and then LD
