How to have an OBE, and enter Sleep Paralysis

I have seen many, many, many, many, MANY different things on why OBE’s exist, why they don’t, and even what the experience is like, but I have never actually seen something explain how to enter an OBE.

I have wondered about it since I learned about LDing and now I want to know how to have one.

The same with Sleep Paralysis. I have seen how to get it, but it doesn’t really explain, it just says lay there, and it will happen.

Anyways, can anyone fully explain how to enter into these two states, or give me a link to a guide about it?
