I’m present, I’m french, sorry for my bad english, and I am interested about the lucid dream since one year. But, I took a break. I have already three lucid dream in my life, but, it was three little lucid dream, which did not exceed two minutes.
I take a new start in my quest for lucid dreaming, I write short stories, and I need inspiration.
For my, a lucid dream frees the imagination, I know it is a good experience.
It was the question, how to make his first lucid dream ?

Have you read the tutorials and FAQs on the French forum? And what have you done to get your first LD’s, maybe that will work again? On a side note: Your ND’s can give you great inspiration as well.
