I was just wondering tips on how to get around some of these problems.
I take to long to get to sleep so i cant mild.
I don’t know which technique i should try.
*i fall asleep very slowly
*can stay determined 10 min
I have a hard time remembering dreams and to reality ccheck through out the day
#1 You should try adjusting the time you wake up for in MILD too, try earlier and later times, if you still can’t manage to go to sleep again properly then try something else.
Dream recall will increase with practice, it just takes the dedication to wake up everyday and writing down the dreams you remembered, no matter the length or the fun of them, or how tired you are.
Same thing with reality checks, don’t NOT do them just because you feel sure your rooted in reality, while it may be true at the time it certainly isn’t true all the time. Keep diligent.
Sooner or later you’ll probably get a DILD.
